Our prices and terms and conditions
Our prices are based on occupancy by two, three, or four persons and vary depending on the season. Please refer to the respective apartment for the price list with detailed information. Prices are quoted as starting prices and are subject to minimum requirements. We reserve the right to change the information without prior notice.
For occupancy of more than two persons the following additional charges apply:
- 0–9.99 years: € 10 per person and night
- 10–17.99 years: € 20 per person and night
- 18 years and older: € 30 per person and night
Please note that additional occupancy with adult persons requires prior arrangement with us!
The final cleaning is included in the price.
The local tourist tax of € 2.60 per person per night is not included in the price and must be paid on-site for all persons aged 14 and above.
We kindly ask you to make a deposit of 25% within 14 days after booking. This would be valid as a confirmation of your reservation. The remaining amount can be paid on-site. We accept payments by Mastercard and Visa. Cash payments in Italy are possible up to an amount of €4,999.99. Alternatively, you can settle the remaining amount by bank transfer. Please note that this payment should reach us no later than one day before your departure.
Until 60 days prior to the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without incurring a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations by the guest between 60-30 days prior to the agreed arrival date and on the arrival date itself, the guest is obligated to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: 50 % of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100 % of the agreed total price
Please understand that in case of no-show 100 % of the stay will be charged.
In case of early departure, the days enjoyed will be charged. Additionally, 100 % of the agreed price for the remaining services will be invoiced, also if not utilized.
Please inform us promptly if you are unable to commence your holiday.
We recommend that you take out the "Roter Hahn Travel Cancellation Insurance". This can cover cancellation fees, allowing you to look forward to your vacation without worries. For more information on the costs and how to obtain travel cancellation insurance, please click here.
