Experience pure relaxation and rejuvenation! Spend wonderful hours together in front of the fireplace, in the cozy beds, on the sofa, in the garden – whether it's with your family and children reading and playing or with your partner. But that's not all: The apartments on the upper floor feature a beautiful, sunny balcony, while the lower ones have a private garden. During the warmer months you can dine and even barbecue outdoors. Of course, the furnishings are high quality and you will feel at home in this retreat during your South Tirol holiday in the Eisack Valley. In each apartment there is a farm folder available, providing you with all the essential information: important phone numbers, excursion tips and so on.

We would be happy to prepare a breakfast basket for you with typical delicacies from our farm and the region upon your request.

Please note: Our double room is an optional addition, available for booking alongside our holiday apartments, but it cannot be reserved independently as a unit.

We will enrich your breakfast basket with various products from our farm. These include delicious jams and the sweetest of all: honey. Then apple juice and fresh fruit as well as vegetables from our garden: Tomatoes, cucumbers … the harvest varies depending on the season. Additionally, the breakfast basket naturally includes classics like coffee, milk, tea and a variety of bread (daily fresh by the village baker), butter, yogurt and muesli, cheeses, cold cuts and eggs as well as some sweet treats.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the basket in the autumn, as it is the time of the apple harvest and we must start work very early in the morning.

We have a grocery store in Albeins for your daily needs: the village bakery is just a three-minute walk away and naturally offers delicious fresh bread, as well as all the essential goods typical for South Tirol and Italy. It is open from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 12:30. If you don't want to cook for yourself, you can visit one of the surrounding restaurants such as the Kircherhof and the Hofkeller. You can also, of course, go to Brixen and eat there. The last bus leaves at 21:45 and takes 30 minutes – with the BrixenCard public transportation is all free.
