Each of our four holiday apartments is equipped with high-quality amenities: solid wood furniture, wooden floors, balcony or garden, dishwasher, oven, kettle and SodaStream for making your own sustainable mineral water. Dish towels and dishwasher tabs are provided. Upon request, we prepare a breakfast basket with our finest farm products and fresh bread from the local bakery.

On departure day, please vacate the apartment until 10:00 AM.

We warmly welcome you as holiday makers without a car! Therefore, we are happy to pick you up from the train station and take you back there on the day of departure. Please inform us of your arrival a few days in advance so that we can prepare for it! The bus stop is located a 3-minute walk from us. Here we reveal our exact location to you and here we provide you with the timetable. Thanks to the good connections with public transport, you can enjoy excursions and explore the country without hurdles. With the BrixenCard you use buses and trains for free.

Our parking area is covered and free of charge. Please note: We provide only one parking space for each apartment. If you plan to arrive with more cars, please contact us in advance.

With the BrixenCard, you can enjoy numerous benefits. We provide you with the guest card when you receive the apartment key upon your arrival. It is free of charge too. Learn more about it here!

Dogs are allowed in the ground floor apartments only upon prior request and for a fee during the off-season. Since we have two children of our own and host many families with children year-round, it's important that your dog is very child-friendly. Additionally, your dog should be sociable with other dogs, as we have our own dog named Nora.

Our farm is a fantastic place for children to explore and enjoy. However, as with any farm, there are inherent risks. We kindly ask that you do not leave your children unsupervised at any time. The use of the swimming pool and other play equipment is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Our garden features a pool and playground with a trampoline as well as loungers and umbrellas on the sunbathing lawn.

We know that on a balmy summer evening, barbecuing together is often wonderful – especially on vacation! That's why we provide a BBQ outside the house. We are happy to explain the proper operation to you upon request.

At Moarhof, we provide a range of sports equipment for your enjoyment. Bicycles, sledges, snowshoes, hiking poles and more are at your disposal. Please note that each use is at your own risk. Additionally, you're welcome to bring your own skis and bicycles: we offer a lockable storage room for these items upon request.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house. You can find the password in the farm folder located in your holiday apartment. The farm folder also includes excursion tips, important numbers (emergency) and our own telephone number. As your hosts you can call us in every challenging situation.

Our tap water boasts excellent quality, ensuring worry-free enjoyment. Furthermore, to promote sustainability and convenience, each holiday apartment is equipped with a SodaStream for crafting your own mineral water. By doing so, we collectively reduce plastic waste and contribute to a greener environment.

Indulge in our breakfast featuring farm-fresh products for €20 per person. Specially prepared upon request each morning, it includes our finest farm-sourced ingredients.

Additionally, we offer a convenient bread roll service.

Please note that during the autumn apple harvest season, breakfast service is temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.

In our holiday apartments, cooking is a breeze. However, if you prefer to dine out for lunch or dinner, we're delighted to recommend excellent restaurants nearby. In Albeins, you can try the Kircherhof and the Hofkeller. Meanwhile, in the town of Brixen, you'll find a diverse array of culinary delights. They suit every taste.

In Albeins, there's a small village shop that provides you with the essentials. It opens every day from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

At Moarhof farm, the tap water is of excellent quality, suitable for drinking! Moreover, each apartment is equipped with a SodaStream and bottles, allowing you to create your own sustainable mineral water. We, along with nature, sincerely appreciate your contribution to sustainability!

You'll discover all recycling bins conveniently located in our barn. We kindly ask you to be mindful and sort your waste accordingly. With our excellent tap water and individual SodaStream in each apartment, there's no need to purchase additional bottled mineral water. This not only lightens your load but also significantly reduces plastic waste! For more detailed information, please refer to the provided resources.

As our guests, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to our sauna area three times a week. Advance registration is required to secure your preferred time slot, ensuring the sauna is reserved exclusively for you. Sauna towels are provided at no extra cost for your convenience.

We provide bed linens, towels, bath towels, sauna towels and dish towels free of charge. We change them every seven days. Upon request also more often.

We provide the opportunity for you to launder your clothes with us for a nominal fee. Detergent is provided.

Please kindly respect both our other guests and us: quiet hours at Moarhof commence at 10:00 PM.

The base station of Plose is just a 15-minute drive away, while Vals/Gitschberg Jochtal is reachable in 20 minutes. For the Val Gardena/Seiser Alm ski area, it's approximately a 30-minute drive and Kronplatz is about 45 minutes away by car. In the summer, Kronplatz also offers an ideal destination with two museums and a giant swing at its summit. We'll gladly provide more detailed information upon your arrival! The journey to the Obereggen ski area takes around 60 minutes.

It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to smoke in the holiday apartments. You can use the balcony or the area in front of the house for smoking. We provide an ashtray for your convenience.
