The Moarhof in South Tyrol's Eisack Valley is situated at the heart of our farm's own orchards on the edge of the little village of Albeins, south of the diocesan town of Brixen. From our farm in summer there is a multitude of varied hikes, treks in the mountains and cycle rides from just outside the front door, visits to several South Tyrolean museums or, in winter, skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and lots more.With the BRIXENCARD from your first night's stay many South Tyrolean holiday experiences are available FREE OF CHARGE; here is a small selection:
- one return journey per day up and down the mountain with the Plose Mountain Railway ...
- daily entry to the Acquarena pool (except Sundays and public holidays)
- free entry to almost 86 South Tyrolean museums (Brixen Crib Museum, Ötzi Museum in Bolzano...)
- all public transport in the South Tyrolean public transport system - many regional trains
OUR APARTEMENTS AND HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION
Our four holiday apartments have been built sustainably with natural materials and are named after popular South Tyrolean apple varieties (ROYAL GALA, GOLDEN DELICIOUS, PINK LADY and RED DELICIOUS). In addition, depending on the season, our farm offers many home-grown South Tyrolean products.OUR TIP: Visit our own sauna facility; a different kind of farm holiday!
